UnLtd: Giving

Thanks to the generosity of our industry, this year we made some BIG dreams come true for our charity partners and the young people they support.

We funded mental health programs for 5,000 young people.

We provided Voices of Hope with a $20K grant to fund a three-week school tour in collaboration with The Last Chance Project, a mental health provider. They will visit 25-30 schools and reach 5,000 young people to address the critical need for mental health support in rural schools across Aotearoa.

'“It was a privilege to have Voices of Hope visit our kura and for Gen and Jazz to speak to our students. They enjoyed hearing Jazz' story and the gems of wisdom that she shared. I have never seen the students so excited and enthusiastic in welcoming a guest speaker before! It was a timely reminder for students about the help that is available and the exciting possibilities that the future can hold if you just ask for the support you need.  Kia Kaha and thank you again for your visit.”

We brought Christmas joy and food to 300 kids.

We provided a $20k grant for Kindness Collective to provide 300 kids with presents to wake up to on Christmas morning and food in their family's fridge so the symptoms of poverty are alleviated, and they can experience a less stressful Christmas period.

We gave young people the chance to lead.

We provided Springboard a grant of $25K to build a Youth Leadership Program, allowing young people in their care to develop leadership skills and create a positive pathway for their future.

We helped flood victims get back on their feet.

Thanks to the funds raised from the raffle at our Big Clash event as well as the Round Up program at HOYTS cinemas, we donated over $12,000 for Kindness Collective’s work providing essentials to flood affected communities.
